A warm welcome awaits you as our guest into our small family-run B&B that provides comfort and allows you to relax whether you are on business or pleasure.
Our guest house is close to Wokingham, Thames Valley and Winnersh Triangle Business Parks. Also, Reading and Windsor are close by. There are also excellent cycling and walking routes within this area.
Local shops/pubs and restaurants are a short walk away including a 5min walk to Nirvana Spa and Sindlesham Court.

Amazing host, we had an incredibly pleasant stay, they are so friendly and caring, helpful in everything they can do. Breakfasts were amazing, they were able to come up even with vegan options, when asked. 10/10, I would recommend a stay here to everyone!
Stayed a day or so last week, and back again this week, while working nearby. Lesley is very friendly, responsive, welcoming and helpful. Great rooms, great value, and free parking is another bonus.
A comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Location is good, 10min walk from Winnersh Station and always easy to book. Our visiting family always have such a great time. Cannot recommend enough, well worth a visit!

I have stayed at Mayfields for a number of months, on a weekly basis, for work. I was made to feel very welcome & nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are well appointed, cosy & extremely clean. A home from home & I am looking forward to returning with my wife for a holiday. I can highly recommend.
