Our award-winning St. Raphael’s Wellbeing Centre is a vibrant hub for mental, emotional and physical health:
- One-to-one counselling and therapy.
- Quiet spaces for reflection and mindfulness.
- Drop-in sessions and workshops on everything from sleep to healthy relationships.
- Resources for nutrition, screen time and stress management.
Physical wellbeing is equally important. From sport to outdoor adventure, our girls learn that caring for their body is an act of self-respect and strength.

Adolescence is a time of discovery and transformation. Students are given the freedom and encouragement to grow into themselves safely, purposefully, and joyfully.
